when pricing a cake, there is many things to consider.
-Cost of ingrediants for thecake
-Cost of ingrediants for the fillings and/or frostings
-Electricity and power eg oven, mixer
-Decorative ingrediants
-support for the cake, cake boards and cards
-And mostly my cost per hour.On how long it takes to bake a cake,get it ready for decorationg, and the decorating time.
Each and every cake is different for pricing. some require more or more expensive ingrediants.
Some take longer to decorate, depending on detail, and also the sizes of the pans.
